Where do you sell your products?
We sell our products online, at local markets, Amazon, and in some retail stores! Keep an eye out on our website and social media pages or subscribe to our newsletter to find out when we will be in your area! We are always seeking wholesale inquiries for retail. We are in a few retail locations so check out our store locator in the navigation bar to find out where!
I'm unhappy with my order. What do I do?
Check out our "Contact Us" page and let us know what happened. We will do our best to take care of your order and get to the bottom of the problem!
How do I know your products are safe for dogs?
We do extensive research to ensure we only put ingredients in our treats that are safe for your pups. We only trust reputable brands, veterinary clinics, and information backed by science. We hope to soon have our treats overseen by a veterinarian for even extra safety.
What are your cleaning and safety protocols?
Our treats are manufactured by a local manufacturer in the Houston, Texas area. They are thorough with their cleaning process and safety protocols. For more info, go to our Contact Us page to request more information if you desire.
Why do some bags have more treats than others?
We measure our treat bags out by the net weight, which means we measure our treats without any packaging until we obtain approximately 7 ounces. From there, we will then fill our bags. This means our bags can have varying numbers of pieces because the size is based on net weight. Some treats are made slightly bigger or smaller than others. We aren’t perfect and don’t ever claim to be!
What organizations do you donate to? How much?
We currently donate 10% of our profits to local rescues. Every 6 months we choose a new rescue to donate to. Check out our "Rescues" or “Featured Rescue Program” pages to see some of the rescues and shelters we support and where some of our profits go.

Who handles your photography?
It’s truly a collaborative effort. I personally, the owner, take a lot of my own photos. I also utilize free images offered by Shopify. Some of the awesome photos were taken by Darby with Your Houston Photographers – you can find her on Instagram at @yourhoustonphotographers
What makes your treats allergy-friendly?
According to a 2015 study published in the National Library of Medicine, common food allergies for dogs are beef, dairy products, chicken, and wheat. Our treats are free of chicken, beef, and dairy. Only one treat flavor has wheat (Beau Bites), and we plan to remove that ingredient in the future. All other flavors are wheat-free. We also have some options without egg and soy as some dogs have allergies to those ingredients as well. It should be noted that some of these studies are mixed in their findings. My own dogs have food allergies that I’ve tested through elimination diets, and I have several other friends and family members whose dogs have food allergies. It’s hard to find options for our pups sometimes and we just want to make it easier for you. Not to mention, if you have your own preferences for your dog’s diet, we hopefully have an option for you.
