What is the Featured Rescue Program?
When Humane & Hungry features a rescue, that means 10% of profits are going to the featured rescue. This helps raise awareness about the rescue and their available animals, but allows you to give back as well! Our donation will be publicly disclosed for full transparency.
To sweeten the deal even more, we also donate our time to volunteer when able, we feature their adoptable dogs on social media, and we provide item/food donations when we receive them.
If you want to purchase treats to donate, click here! If you have donations you'd like to give to our featured rescue, contact us here and we can coordinate to pick up your donations and get it to the rescue!
Featured rescue slots change out every 6 months, so check back every so often or subscribe to our newsletter below to receive emails when the featured rescue changes!

About Tootsie Dog Rescue:
"We are a 501c3 charity committed to rescuing and rehoming every homeless, voiceless dog we possibly can. We have poured our heart and soul into creating a dog ranch in Tomball, TX. At this ranch we we rehabilitate rescue dogs, help pregnant dogs give birth, and get dogs ready to be transported to the midwest. We partner with a local vet to get these dogs the proper care, shots, check ups, and spay/neuter before transport. When the dogs make it to the midwest we partner with their local dog rescues to help place them in loving homes."
